The purpose of the program is to form a valuable partnership between two people based on commitment to growth and development. It includes common goals and expectations and building mutual trust and respect.
The ARG Mentorship program is designed as a mechanism for the transfer of knowledge and skills from one leader to another.
The duration of the program is 6-months, and mentors/mentees are welcomed to continue the mentorship relationship beyond that time.
